For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
(Habakkuk 2:3)

Your vision also is for an appointed time which may be now. Bless the Lord, bless you.

Comment on 21 year vision about South Africa by jessop

The first 7-year period from 1994 to 2000 coincided with the time when the Internet started and came into its own as a new means of communication for the world and for the Church. The home-church movement was there before that but the fellowships were mostly unknown to each other. The Internet brought many into contact with one another and the Church outside of the denominations began to emerge as a very significant section, an invisible army of believers. In the second 7-year period (2001 to 2007) the home-churches linked on the Internet were involved in intensive thinking and discussion about their purpose and reason for existence. It was, I think, at the end of 2007 that I started to feel that the "ChurchWithoutChurches" network that I had started had run its course, that its mandate from God was at an end. In discussion over coffee with some brothers in Christ, we decided to end that List and look for a new direction for the movement as far as we were involved in it. Now reading Brother Johan's 21-years prophesy again, so much of that seems to fit in with it. That is very encouraging as we look forward to its fulfilment also in the next 7-year period.

The comment,"The body of Christ has lost its connection with its Head. Thus the body cannot speak. The body can also not see and neither can it hear" in your blog could not have been a truer word. But wait, the Church (uppercase "C") is arising and the church (lower case "c") is deminishing. The restoration of all thing has started.
Bless you as you seek God purpose and experience His favour.

Praise be to God for this site. I was encouraged and blessed by this site in my walk with Jesus Christ. My prayer is that I want to have the whole revelation of Christ.

Doug and Johan, you have our thanks for moving with the times. The Roman Roads were God's opportunity (His provision?) for the first fast spread of the Gospel, the printing press was God's opportunity for the sreading of the Scriptures, the Internet today is God's opportunity for taking the Church out from the enominational walls that hitherto have attempted to contain it. Through the internet, the CHURCH is now truly the Open Church for all people, wherever they are. To you be the tahnks, and to God be the Glory.
